I’ve always been at the mercy of the press, but no more… The media tried to demonize me. They wanted y’all to believe I was a monster in real life so you guys wouldn’t listen or buy my music anymore. I feel like they were waiting for the opportunity to go in all the way on me, and when it came, they beat me to a pulp. Even now a lot of articles start their first two paragraphs about how much of an asshole I am.

New remix for you all. ‘Alors on danse’, which literally translates to ‘So we dance’ was released in 2009 by Belgian singer Stromae. It later on hit the rest of Europe in February of 2010. Today we bring it to you in the art form of the remix, featuring Mr. West and Gilbere Forte. While some of KanYe’s lines are unfamiliar to myself, I’m pretty sure this is not an official remix he jumped on himself, regardless, you can’t miss out on this one.
New album from ¡MAYDAY! member Wrekonize. The aptly named album, A Soiree For Skeptics, is a 20 track “61 minute journey through the last few years of [his] music and outlook on the world and life and all that good shit”. The download is a bit on the heavy side, but it’s definitely worth it. The album is of course free of charge but there are a couple of ways that you can support him, just follow the link below.
When i was signed to Southbeat I recorded some 50 odd records for what i later shaved down to 14 for my first official album. With the fall of the label, my album never saw the light of day besides the few hundred people that got the leak offline. I always felt it was for a reason and after picking up new tools of the trade over the years i’ve realized that i feel the music i’m making now is much more representative of who I am. So, while on break from working on projects with ¡MAYDAY, I took some of the early material (where I was exploring putting more singing into the music) and recorded some newer tracks for what would become “A Soiree For Skeptics”…
This is no doubt an amazing collection of music from one of the voices of ¡MAYDAY!. What’s even more ridiculous, is that even after this album, you still have Stuck On An Island to look forward too.

New ¡MAYDAY! music video. This one’s for ‘Pass The 45′, which I’ve never heard. It seems I don’t keep up very well with these guys, always releasing brilliant material. ¡MAYDAY!’s upcoming album Stuck On An Island, is coming soon in October so stay posted.
New music from Shakira, which we haven’t heard from since her last singel ‘She Wolf’, which became wildly popular, anyways, the new song is titled ‘Hell’s Angel’. Don’t be thrown off by the hellish picture, Shakira’s ‘Hell’s Angel’ is no “hell raiser”. Instead, we have a latin style pop-song, in which she trows in a handful Spanglish dialect which makes sense because her upcoming album Sale El Sol, is going to be bilingual. Dizzee Rascal, although obscure to me, is actually a compliment to the song. Check it out below.
Looks like KanYe wasn’t kidding when he suggested that he, Bieber, and Raekwon all jump on a remix of Justin’s ‘Runaway Love’. Not my cup of tea, or whatever the hell people say these days, but seeing is believing… or in this case hearing.
Looks like KanYe’s about to drop a mixtape of sorts in collaboration with Jay-Z. KanYe wasn’t kidding when he joined Twitter, “We look at the game completely different now”. Being able to talk directly to the people has its advantages. Seeing as his album’s not dropping until November 16, this would definitely be a good move to make sure nobody steals his thunder this year. more like month?
New Akon for you guys ‘Once Radio’ produced by the one and only David Guetta. These two are dynamite when they work together, this and previous records they’ve collaborated on are solid proof of that. It definitely sounds like a summer jam, holds that same vibe that the Black Eyed Peas ‘I Gotta Feeling’ does. This will probably be in his upcoming album Stadium, in which he worked with Lady Gaga, among other artists I imagine, and producers DJ Chuckie and of course David Guetta.
New song from Gnarls Barkley member Cee Lo Green titled ‘Fuck You’. This one has apparently gone pretty viral, and for good reason. With two clean versions of the song, there’s no reason why you can’t listen to this out loud until you’ve gotten over that special someone. The first one is an official clean version which drops the vulgar yet catchy language for the friendlier phrase “forget you”, and if you’re in the mood for a little fill in the blank then you can listen to the Riddler Edit. New video for Lil Jon’s ‘Hey’ featuring 3OH!3. Seems like Lil Jon’s voice hasn’t been hitting as hard these last couple years, but it seems like he has regained some of that lost appeal in this song, in addition there is also a surprise guest appearance from the cast of the Jersey Shore!
